Additional Information
  • Account balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your contracted date of use
  • The usage fee is non-refundable and is forfeited if you cancel your event for any reason
  • All social gatherings and intimate celebrations canceled by LDW Studios/Staff are entitled to a full refund to include the security deposit
  • If state/federal government mandates a shut down or capacity regulation there are no refunds given, as this is out of the control of LDW Studios. All funds collected will be credited to another available date and time within 12 months of original contracted date. Please make sure you are willing to adjust the number of attendees/reschedule your social gathering in case of any government mandates
